HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to the Peace Proms Choral Ensemble who sang today at the Women’s Rugby World Cup Pool Draw which was held in City Hall, Belfast.
The 100 children from Leadhill Primary School, Co. Antrim; Kildimo N.S., Co. Limerick; St. Joseph’s N.S., Co. Kildare and Scoil Iognáid, Co. Galway proudly represented over 20,000 children from the four provinces of Ireland who actively participate in the Peace Proms each year.
Huge thanks to our soloist, Mezzo Soprano Sarah Richmond who was wonderful; and to our harpist, Fiona Gryson and conductor Philip Fergusson, who were exceptional!!
Thanks and congratulations to the teachers who did an outstanding job in preparing the children for today’s event: Leadhill P.S. – Anne Millis and Jennifer Watters; Kildimo N.S. – Aoife Foley; St. Joseph’s N.S. – Ann McQuillan and Scoil Iognáid – Laoise Bhreathnach.
